Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 48-72 hours *
In-Store Pick-up Eligible Items are also subject to a 48-72 hours processing time. In the event you place an online order to “in-store pick-up.” If the item is in stock; does not need to be ordered--you will receive an email indicating the expected readiness for your order.
In-Store Pick-Up Eligible items that are Out-Of-Stock are subject to a 48-72 hour processing time and an additional 2-3 business days to receive the out-of-stock item and an email with tracking information and expected order readiness will be generated.
We Do Offer Shipments and Deliveries on the weekends if it will overall reduce the time you receive your order. We understand there are times when weekend deliveries and if you have a specified day for delivery please indicate in the “comments” at the bottom of your order check-out page “No Weekends” signifying to us you do not want to receive your order on a weekend.

Astral Auras LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Astral Auras LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to initiate a claim. Please reach out to our support team directly in the event you need assistance filing a formal claim to a damaged package. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
